These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, forms, calendars, educational materials, webinars, communications, and related services provided by Abundant Life Products & Strategies, LLC (“ALPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Educational purpose

ALPS provides general education about the Infinite Banking Concept® and participating whole life insurance. Website content, guides, webinars, emails, videos, illustrations, and conversations are educational and do not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or insurance advice.

2. Insurance information and product availability

Insurance products, features, eligibility, pricing, and availability vary by carrier, policy, jurisdiction, and individual circumstances. Applications are subject to underwriting and carrier approval. Policy guarantees depend on the issuing carrier’s claims-paying ability and the terms of the policy contract. Dividends and other nonguaranteed elements are not guaranteed. Policy loans accrue interest, and unpaid loans or withdrawals may reduce cash value and death benefit or cause a policy to lapse.

You should review carrier-approved materials and the complete policy contract and consult your own qualified professional advisers before making financial, tax, legal, or insurance decisions.

3. No guarantee of results

Examples, projections, case studies, testimonials, or historical information are illustrative only. They do not promise or guarantee future results, policy performance, savings, income, wealth, tax treatment, or any other outcome. Results depend on personal circumstances, behavior, product terms, carrier performance, and other factors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse, or obtain unauthorized access to our websites, systems, accounts, materials, or another person’s information.

5. Educational materials and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, ALPS owns or licenses the website content, branding, guides, graphics, recordings, and educational materials we provide. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use requested materials for your personal, noncommercial education. You may not sell, republish, alter, or distribute them commercially without prior written permission. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Registrations, appointments, and attendance

When you register for a webinar or schedule an appointment, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for attending, rescheduling, or canceling as needed. We may reschedule, cancel, limit, or decline a session when reasonably necessary. Educational sessions do not guarantee that a product, strategy, or future engagement will be suitable or available.

7. Email and text communications

We may send transactional messages needed to deliver a requested guide, confirm a registration or appointment, provide reminders, respond to you, or administer a service you requested. Where you separately opt in, we may also send educational or marketing messages.

• You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Third-party services and links

Our services may link to or use third-party platforms, carriers, scheduling tools, payment providers, video services, or other websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. ALPS is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature, resource, event, or service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our websites and educational services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPS and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or reliance on, these services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the ALPS Privacy Policy.
